Ever wonder if your QuickBooks file is accurate or if you are using QuickBooks correctly?  Get a QuickBooks Checkup on your file for your peace of mind!

While QuickBooks is very user-friendly, it can be easy to input data incorrectly which causes problems in your QuickBooks file.  There may even be issues in your file that are affecting the accuracy of your financial statements that you are not aware of.

We will do a Zoom call for your QuickBooks Checkup.  We will check each of the following areas for any possible problems:

Balance Sheet

Profit & Loss Statement

Bank Reconciliations

Credit Reconciliations

Accounts Receivable

Payroll Inventory

Together we will come up with a Plan of Action.  You will receive a written overview of what was discussed.  From there you can determine if you can fix the problems on your own or if you need further training.  This can all be done from the comfort of your home or office, regardless of where you live.

Private Training

Private Training is conveniently available online from your home or office.  You will learn how to find and fix errors and what your CPA/Tax Preparer is looking for to prepare your tax return.  The more accurate your books are, the better decisions you can make for your business.

We can then come up with a Plan of Action customized to your specific needs.  You can determine what is important for you to keep in-house and what you would like to outsource. 

Even it you think that your books are just fine, many files are not accurate enough to prepare a tax return much less make business decisions.  It isn't just about the data entry but also knowing what is and isn't a tax deduction.  Properly setting up accounts and inputting data correctly is also a common issue among QuickBooks users.
